Cardinal Karol Wojtyła opened it in February 1973, before he became Pope John Paul II, and it has traded ever since. The club was the first in Canberra to remove gambling from its premises. The Polo serves pierogi and gołąbki, with Polish and Baltic beers and the vodka list to match. Wednesday to Saturday from five.
