The nursery grew under the care of owner Lyle Filippe, whose decision to retire after more than twenty-two years of seven-day weeks marks the end of an era; the collection is now being wound down gradually, with stock offered at deep discount as a gesture of thanks to the customers and enthusiasts who have shopped here over the years.
