Saint Felix

A distillery in the bayside suburb of Mordialloc, working across a collection of stills to produce spirits drawn from fruits, spices and herbs. The core range spans a Limoncello inspired by Nonna Maria, a bitter citrus Aperitivo, Midnight Vodka, a Yuzu and Green Tea spirit inspired by Japan's Alpine bathing region, and Wild Forest Gin.

The cellar door runs Talk and Taste distillery tours and cocktail masterclasses. In Felix's Bar you can order cocktails built on the spirits, or a tasting paddle of the five core spirits with matching mixers. Food trucks are welcomed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
