1977년부터 탈타르니는 무나암벨의 쿨 클라이밋 피레니즈에서 토지와 조화를 이루며 시라즈, 카베르네, 스파클링 와인을 생산해왔다. 현재는 재생 농법을 중심으로 운영하고 있다. 셀러도어는 형식적이지 않고 편안한 분위기로, 경치 좋은 조망, 진귀한 와인들, 불필요한 의식은 없다.
