Sheep ran Arkaba from 1851 until 2010, when Charlie Carlow's Wild Bush Luxury group destocked the 60,000-acre Flinders Ranges property and began removing goats, rabbits, foxes, and feral cats. The result: larger native mammals have returned in numbers not seen for generations. Five rooms in the restored homestead; guided walks, 4WD tours, and meals included.
