Behind wooden doors on Albion Street, Casa Chino serves Chino-Latino cuisine, a fusion of Chinese cooking with Latin American flavours, in shareable plates alongside cocktails. The 90-seat room is an open-style bar with an alfresco space, done out in neon and pastel with a Cuban-inspired setting. The cocktail program centres on Pisco, the Peruvian spirit, with a run of Pisco sours, backed by Victorian and South American wines.
The Brunswick venue is the Melbourne debut of The Talisman Group, led by Vincent Lombino and Jared Thibault, who follow earlier venues in Brisbane.
