LoomTex

A Geelong woollen mill with roots going back to 1920, when Prime Minister Billy Hughes opened the original Returned Sailors and Soldiers cooperative on this site. A century later, the dyehouse and looms are still running. Under the LoomTex name since 2023, it now focuses on Australian-made woven and dyed textiles for commercial and contract markets.
