The origin site for the whole Spring Bay range sits on Hoods Road, a short detour off the Great Eastern Drive near Orford. The bar looks straight out over Spring Bay, and the format is straightforward: gin flights of three for $15, whisky flights of three for $20, or a premium tasting in the Velvet Lounge from $50. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 3pm.
