Alminas Kitchen

A Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurant on Main North Road, cooking halal charcoal-grilled meats: chicken marinated for crisp skin, kebab skewers, lamb cutlets and grill platters served with rice or bread and salad. Alongside the charcoal there are mezze such as kibbeh and vine leaves, lamb and chicken shawarma and yiros, manakeesh in zaatar, lahme bi ajeen and shanklish, pizzas, burgers and HSP packs. Sweets run from baklava, znoud and kanefeh to loaded waffles. The kitchen sources ingredients from local Adelaide suppliers, and the fruit-based Lebanese cocktails are non-alcoholic.
