Australian National Capital Artists runs an artist-run gallery and studio complex in Dickson, on the northern edge of Canberra. The gallery turns over contemporary exhibitions across textiles, painting and mixed media, while working studios behind it house the members who keep the program running. Open Friday to Sunday, with Thursdays by appointment - a small, self-organised counterweight to the capital's national institutions.
