The town's civic chambers on Bank Street, heritage listed, restored and given the name back. The coffee shop opens at half six seven days and pours St Ali, with bags to take home. Wednesday to Saturday the doors stay open, share plates and drinks through the afternoon and the kitchen taking over at night on local meat, fresh-caught fish and produce from nearby farms. A gym, a Pilates studio and a sauna through the back.
