From the beach you can look up at towering rock stacks and the immense scale of the eroding coastline. This is the only way to access the beach at the base of the Twelve Apostles cliffs. Timing with low tide is essential as the beach disappears at high water.

The Shipwreck Coast earned its name from the many vessels lost to these treacherous waters.
