Bridgewater Restaurant +Botaniq Bar

Chef-owners Matt Merrin and Ty Samuel, the pair behind JAM, bought a two-storey building on the Ross Creek waterfront that had sat empty for a decade and doubled it with a new extension. The first-floor dining room looks across the water to Castle Hill and Melton Hill, with a menu built on local, seasonal produce. Downstairs, Botaniq runs as a waterfront café and bar with a long wine list and a wide gin selection.
