He grew up in Quindío, a Colombian coffee region, with a coffee farmer for a grandfather, and imports the beans direct through his own green-bean business. Single origins from across Colombia get roasted in-house and poured at the front-window coffee bar, with coffee workshops run out the back for anyone wanting the story behind the cup.
