A fully plant-based café on Brunswick Street in New Farm, going since 2018, with a second site in Ascot. The all-day kitchen builds vegan versions that hold their own: 'calamari' from white oyster mushrooms, satay 'duck', a mushroom-alfredo rosti with ginger-beet sauerkraut, tofu-scramble 'green eggs'. Coffee runs on Dicki's own blend and a single-origin filter, sold as beans to take home, alongside big celebration cakes. Dog-friendly, balcony out front, closed Mondays.
