A corner building at Faraday and Drummond, worked over three levels by Andrew Joy on the floor and sommelier Travis Howe on the wine. The kitchen cooks toward the list rather than the other way round, and reservations are taken for full meals only. Private dining runs to a mezzanine, a tower room and a bluestone cellar below the bar.
