国王街的前仓库在2015年前一直闲置，后来雾角啤酒厂在其装饰艺术建筑内开业，成为纽卡斯尔首家现代精酿啤酒厂。1800升的酿造房直接向酒龙头供应——没有中间环节、没有延迟。头顶暴露的屋顶桁架，下方250个座位，啤酒的运输距离不超过建筑物的长度。
