四风葡萄园于1998年由一对夫妇创办，与BRL哈迪公司签订合同，后来发展成三代人的运营企业，在默伦巴特曼和邻近的基伊玛庄园的葡萄树上生产雷司令、设拉子和起泡酒。酒窖门部分由政府补助建造，于2013年开业，在葡萄树间供应木烤披萨。雷司令是值得关注的产品。
