Danny and Aatish had both done years in kitchens and decided Ballarat lacked a proper grillhouse, so they opened one in June 2021, which was not an obvious moment to open anything. Burgers carried the first year and the ribs and steaks took over from there. Open seven days from eleven. There is a menu for dogs, and one of the items is called the Dog Pound.
