A working chocolate factory set in a 1931 Californian bungalow on Tasmania's Bass Highway at Latrobe, where visitors watch truffles, pralines and fudges being tempered and enrobed. A cafe, a small chocolate museum and a shop round out the two hectares of garden grounds.
