Among the warehouses and plain frontages of East Brunswick, this is a small artisan pizzeria working to a less-is-more rule: around thirty topping combinations, each built from about four flavours. Alongside the pizzas there's garlic focaccia, olives and Italian wine made by the family in Abruzzo, with tiramisu to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed and rustic, closer to a family pizzeria than a formal restaurant.
