A team of four makers works out of a coastal workshop and showroom in Anna Bay, Port Stephens, building knives in small batches with new stock released each Thursday. Blades are heat-treated in a laboratory setting, with some steels given cryo treatment; handles are shaped from deer antler, abalone shell and Australian hardwoods. Every knife carries free engraving and a lifetime guarantee, with built-to-order pieces running six to eight weeks.
