Three buildings on Kings Head by architect Ian Hannaford, each with an all-weather conservatory facing the Southern Ocean. Headland House has five ensuites and takes a large group; Sea and Sand suit couples. Robert Hannaford paintings hang on the walls. The Heysen Trail runs past the door and it's half an hour on foot to the Bluff, with Waitpinga Cliffs and West Island in view.
