Liquid Desire

Owner and skipper Anthony Turner runs a 55-foot sailing catamaran on private day sails out of Port Douglas, working the Great Barrier Reef with drift snorkelling, fishing and beach stops. The small crew doubles as chefs, skippers and snorkel guides, cooking on board while leading guests over the reef. Charters lean toward a relaxed, food-forward day on the water rather than a packed operator roster.
