Caroline Walker-Grime has thrown pots for twenty years, moving from the UK through Adelaide and Canberra before settling in Port Douglas. She makes stoneware and midfire tableware, from espresso cups and sake sets to jugs and vases, often carrying bird motifs. Her exhibition work turns to the environment and the cost of development, and lately she digs her own wild clay from a landslip near her home. Find her at the Port Douglas Markets.
