A Melbourne bagel maker turning out Montreal-style rings from a wood-fired oven, served with hot filter coffee and built for grabbing on the go. From the original Fitzroy shop it has added a handful of neighbourhood counters across the city, each keeping the same simple, wood-fired focus.
