A family bakery and patisserie on Cockburn Road in Albany, run by the same family since 2006. Sourdoughs and fermented breads come out of the oven alongside sweet and savoury pastries and cakes, with the counter also turning up at the Saturday farmers market and the Sunday boat shed markets.
