A Seddon café run by Chris since 2003, who came from Wagga Wagga and set out to bring a country town's sense of community to inner-west Melbourne. Breakfast and lunch are served seven days from 7am to 3:30pm, alongside coffee built on a dark Italian roast house blend and cakes baked daily. Every egg used across the years has been free range. There is a cosy indoor room and a shaded courtyard for al fresco dining. The function space, called The Good Room, runs to a Rococo design and hosts high teas with homemade scones, quiches, danishes and petit fours.
