The stock runs deep — more than 2,500 lines including back-vintage bottles from classic producers alongside smaller boutique makers, curated by a team that tastes through some 5,000 wines a year to keep the range current. Two of the staff are trained chefs, brought in specifically to talk food pairing rather than just point at price tags.
