A gothic church built in 1890 on Channon Street, heritage-listed and standing empty for years before this. The menu reads pan-Asian on the surface and Filipino underneath: lumpia Shanghai, pork tocino with atchara, kaldereta lamb rump, champorado with taro and ube. Two set banquets run for the whole table only. Order and pay at the counter.
