A family-run oyster farm and shop on the far south coast of New South Wales. The Rodely family have grown Sydney Rock Oysters on their own leases in the pristine waters of Nelson's Lake, inside Mimosa Rocks National Park, since 1988, gathering more than 180 awards along the way. The Tathra shopfront sells the harvest direct in season, and oysters also reach select city restaurants and a mail-order service.
