Bundian Way by the EdenLocal Aboriginal Land Council

SAPPHIRE COAST, NSW

Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council runs guided walks along the Bundian Way, the 365km route linking Turemulerrer (Twofold Bay) to Targangal (Mount Kosciuszko) once travelled between coast and high country by Yuin, Ngarigo, Jaitmathang and Bidawal peoples. Local Aboriginal guides lead two experiences: the three-hour Bilbaan walk on the 3.8km Gateway trail near Jigamy, and the 45-minute Beowa Whale Dreaming trail at Eden. The route carries a 2013 NSW State Heritage listing.
