A second-generation Melbourne family has sold tea since 1994, and their shop now sits on the Monbulk-Olinda Road in the Dandenong Ranges, walls of teapots behind more than 300 teas. Most are sourced from China, Japan, Sri Lanka and India; a few are their own, including a Sencha blended with native lemon myrtle. They fill biodegradable pyramid bags with their blends at the Melbourne warehouse, and stock teaware from matcha sets to infusers alongside the leaf.
