A small cheesemaking studio in the Yarra Valley handcrafting goat cheeses from Caldermeade Farm milk by traditional European methods, from a crottin-style aged caprinette to fresh and ash-coated chevre. The cheeses turn up at local markets and through select cafes and wineries across Melbourne's east.
