Tzaki means fireplace in Greek, and everything at Alex Xinis's Yarraville shopfront comes out of the woodfired oven. Xinis ran the kitchens at The Press Club and Hellenic Republic, and his time living and working in Athens shapes the place: Greek coffee and pastries by day, seasonal meze and a Greek wine list by night. The menu changes weekly, and there are no bookings.
