An Italian-style cheesemaker in Marrickville making fresh buffalo mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella and ricotta, with roots going back to the early 1980s. The cheeses turn up on Sydney restaurant menus and at the Carriageworks Farmers Market, and can be ordered direct from the Cadogan Street workshop.
