Will Edwards left management consulting at 24, flew to New York and Tasmania to figure out why Sydney had no distilleries, then opened one in Rosebery in 2014. A decade on, Archie Rose has taken World's Best Rye Whisky four times and Australia's best Single Malt eight times. The whisky, gin, vodka and rum all draw on Australian-grown grain and botanicals.
