Next to the clock tower at Nuriootpa's Co-Op Shopping Centre, this Barossa bottle shop built its range around the valley's smaller producers rather than the big-name wineries tourists already know. The cellar holds back-vintage bottles alongside current releases from Barossa and Eden Valley makers, backed up by more than 60 gins and a rotating craft beer selection. An enomatic machine pours eight wines for tasting free each day, and on Friday afternoons a local winery, brewery or distillery takes over the counter to pour their own stock and talk through it with whoever wanders in. For a region built on cellar-door tourism, it functions as the town's own everyday wine merchant — the place locals and passing visitors both end up for a bottle after the vineyards close. Open seven days from 9am, with trading into the evening every night of the week.
