아니타와 헨드릭이 마운트 엘리자의 상점에서 독일 베이커리를 운영하며, 오픈 프로덕션 공간을 갖추고 있습니다. 유기농 밀가루와 오래 발효시킨 사워도우 — 100% 독일 호밀빵, 100% 전곡 스펠트, 전통 밀빵을 제공합니다. 손으로 비틀어 만든 프레첼은 담백하거나 버터를 올리거나 크림치즈와 부추로 채워집니다. 벌집 케이크(Bee Sting cake) 통 케이크는 2일 전에 예약해야 합니다. 수요일 오전 11시부터는 디넬레(Dinnele)를 제공합니다: 사워도우 플랫브레드에 크렘 프레쉬, 감자, 태즈먼 틸짓, 부추를 얹은 요리입니다. 커피는 커먼포크(Commonfolk)입니다.
