그렉이 포도나무를 관리하고, 미생물학자 출신 와인메이커인 헬렌이 창고에서 모든 와인을 생산한다. 깊은 화강암 토양에서 자라는 시라즈, 까베르네 소비뇽, 메를롯, 리슬링 4헥타르가 2003년부터 건식 재배되고 있다. 손으로 수확하고 바구니에 압착한 후 프렌치 오크에서 숙성된 와인들은, 개방할 때 셀러 도어가 배럴 사이에 위치한다. 라벨은 황혼 시간의 포도원을 담은 유화다.
