Everything is made on site from pure milk and cream, fresh fruit and honest ingredients — no synthetic colours, no flavour pastes. Beyond the rotating gelato case sit the Danish staples that set the place apart: flødeboller, the airy marshmallow-and-chocolate treat, and classic guf, both fixtures of nearly every ice creamery back in Denmark.
