A Korean barbecue restaurant on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn, where the meats are cooked over real charcoal fire rather than gas, giving each cut a smoky char and sear. The focus is on premium beef: Wagyu cuts with heavy marbling, sirloin, eye fillet and charcoal-grilled beef short ribs, offered individually or as sets built for two, three or four diners.
Meals come with unlimited banchan, prepared fresh, alongside dishes such as hot stone pot rice. Soft serve ice cream rounds off the meal. Sets range up to the Gamsa Family Set for larger groups.
