The kitchen leans Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, building plates around vegetables, meat and grains grown across the surrounding valley. Its signature is the shared "Feed Me Like a Barossan" menu, where executive chef Zak sends out whatever the kitchen is cooking from that week's produce. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the vineyards, and a courtyard sits among the vines and old gums. Lunch runs seven days, with dinner on Saturday evenings.
