On the coast near Yallingup in the Margaret River region, the Injidup Natural Spa is a natural rock pool where waves surge through a gap in the granite and tumble down into a sheltered basin, creating a churning, bubbling spa fed by the ocean. Reached by a short walk down from the car park, it is a favourite spot to sit and be pummelled by the whitewater on a calm day - though the rocks are slippery and the sea dangerous when the swell is up. The surrounding coast of granite headlands and surf beaches is among the wildest and loveliest in the south-west.
