The Goose

Rhys Passmore — Goose to everyone — is a third-generation Busselton local and a trained chef, and the restaurant carrying his nickname sits on the sand at the foot of the jetty. Fire destroyed it in April 2021; it reopened in July 2023 around a woodburning grill, with whole market fish and grass-fed beef over coals and pizza on 48-hour dough. The Gosling does the takeaway.
