An eighteen-seat wine bar beside the fine-diner Ides on Smith Street in Collingwood, opened by chef Peter Gunn as a looser, more affordable counterpart to his tasting-menu restaurant next door. The room is small and dark-walled; the kitchen sends out Gunn's cooking à la carte while a tight, sommelier-chosen list of interesting wines and cocktails does the pouring.
