Nordic Edge

Nordic Edge sits in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, founded by bladesmith Bjorn Jacobsen as both a supply house for knifemakers and a working forge. Its day-long chef-knife workshops are hands-on: participants light the fire, forge a blade and go home with a knife of their own making. The business is a hub of the local scene, stocking steels, handle timbers, blades and tools for makers across the country while teaching the craft at the anvil.
