A tea house in the Chatswood Interchange, on the ground floor at 436 Victoria Ave, opposite Australia Post. The teas come from multi-generational farmers in Yunnan Province, China, and are hand-processed before reaching the store — over 30 varieties of loose leaf across white, green, black, oolong, puer and floral, sold both by weight and brewed as tea lattes and iced teas. Bestsellers include Dragon Pearls, Milky Oolong and Gong Ting Pu'er.
The kitchen bakes chiffon cakes fresh daily, whipped with cream, in flavours such as Black Tea Rose and Pistachio, Matcha, Houjicha and Black Sesame, with limited flavours each month. Instore workshops run alongside.
