The Crows Nest store is the largest and the original, and though the group's membership program trades as Crafty Club — discounts on single bottles and deeper cuts on mixed six-packs — the shopfront still runs under the Cutty Cellars name locals know. The focus stays deliberately narrow: this is a beer specialist first, with wine and spirits filling in around the edges rather than the reverse. Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 8pm. Worth a stop for anyone building a mixed case of Australian craft beer rather than grabbing whatever's cold at the servo.
