1968년 손으로 자른 투아르트 기둥과 자라 빔으로 지어진 올드 셰드는 수십 년간 포도 건조 창고로 사용되다가 개인 행사 장소가 되었다. 건조 랙을 고정하던 페그들은 여전히 빔 속에 남아있다. 중심에는 10미터 길이의 단단한 자라 테이블이 있으며, 40명이 앉을 수 있다. 주말에만 운영한다.
